Method of participation

1. According to the actual situation of the county, each township shall select at least one team to participate in the competition; County direct system, units, basketball training institutions, social basketball clubs to organize their own teams to participate. 2. All players must be at least 18 years old and healthy enough to participate in basketball can register for the competition. Players must sign the event disclaimer agreement (see Annex 1), otherwise they are not allowed to participate. All participating units must purchase personal accident insurance for the participants, and a copy of the insurance policy must be submitted at the time of registration. Those who do not apply for insurance cannot participate. The organizer is not responsible for the accident of the competition.

(2) Athlete Qualification All healthy residents who hold the second-generation resident ID card of the People's Republic of China are eligible to participate. Each person can play for only one team.

(4) Number of participants Each team may have 1 leader, 1 coach and 10 to 15 athletes (the number of participants must be more than 10, and the number of players can be increased to 15 in the season). The organizer has the right to use the portrait media network of the team and players during the game to publicize the right to report.

(6) Team name The team can be freely named, both in Chinese and English, and it is required to be positive and have positive energy. If the team name does not meet the purpose and concept of the activity, it must be modified according to the requirements of the Organizing committee.

(7) The participation deposit of 1000 yuan/team, the deposit is refundable after the game.

1. After the team submits the registration materials for players, it shall be deemed that the players of the team have registered in the basketball game of "Snowflake Brave to the superX Cup" of the Guangxi Sports Festival in Fuchuan Yao Autonomous County in 2024, and voluntarily join the team and comply with the relevant regulations of the league;

2. Teams that have not registered more than 15 players during the competition can apply for adding players. Each team can add more than 15 players, and the application for adding players must be approved by the Organizing committee 24 hours in advance. The Organizing committee will charge 100 yuan for each player added;

3. Teams that have registered at least 15 players during the competition may apply for replacement of players. The replacement of players must be applied to and approved by the Organizing committee 24 hours in advance. (The replaced player must be a free player who has not registered for the competition) The Organizing committee will charge 200 yuan for each replaced player;

Competition method

(1) Adopt the latest 2023 basketball competition rules approved by the Chinese Basketball Association and implement the latest interpretation of the rules by FIBA.

(2) The game adopts a 4×10 minute format, including a 2 minute break in the middle of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarters, and a 10 minute break in the middle of the 2nd and 3rd quarters, and the number of personal fouls is 5. A player who commits 5 fouls, including personal and technical fouls, must be replaced; When a team has committed 4 team fouls in a section, the team is in a team foul penalty state.

(3) Competition clothing Each team must have two different colors and clear numbers of competition clothing. One set is for home (the team ranked first on the schedule in light colors: yellow, white, gray), and the other set is for away (red, black, green, blue, purple), which should be worn during away games. (The player's clothing must be uniform, the player's number must be consistent with the registration number, and the game result of one party will be cancelled).

(5) If there is an objection to a competition or a dispute over the eligibility of other team athletes, they must submit a complaint to the Organizing committee in writing within 1 hour after the end of the competition, and provide evidence and pay a complaint fee of 2000 yuan, otherwise it will not be accepted. The appeal fee will be refunded if the case is successful.

(6) Each participating team shall not abstain without reason, passive play, fight, strike and other violations of discipline, otherwise it will be punished according to the regulations of the basketball game.

Round robin tournament to determine the ranking method

(1) The competition is divided into two stages: the first stage is the group single cycle points system, and the second stage is the cross-elimination system to determine the ranking.

(2) 2 points for each win; 1 points for a negative game, 0 points for a loss due to abstention (the other side won by 20:0) to determine the number of points to determine the ranking, the most points listed in the first place.

(3) If two or more teams have the same number of points, the ranking shall be arranged in accordance with the following principles: The ranking shall be based on the victory and defeat of each other; If the ranking cannot be arranged according to the outcome of each other, the ranking shall be arranged according to the number of net points between them; If the score is the same, the ranking will be based on the number of points scored between them; If the points remain the same, the ranking will be based on the number of net points won in all matches.

(4) If the ranking cannot be determined by these principles, the ranking will be arranged by drawing lots.

(1) Reward winners: trophies, MEDALS, champion T-shirts.
